Rund um Schotten 24 Stunden Challenge – powered by ecoGP
Mit einer 24h Challenge für rein elektrisch angetriebene Fahrzeuge feiert die legendäre, 19km lange Schottenring Rundstrecke nach 67 Jahren ihre Wiederauferstehung. Stellen Sie mit ihrem E-Auto-Team einen Distanzrekord über 24h auf der Strecke für ihr Fahrzeugmodell auf!
Der Wettbewerb findet im Straßenverkehr statt. Alle Fahrer müssen sich an die geltenden Geschwindigkeitslimits halten und werden diesbezüglich mit GPS-Technik überwacht. Helme sind nicht erlaubt. Alle Fahrer müssen einen gültigen Führerschein haben.
Jeder Fahrer muss eine DMSB C Lizenz besitzen oder über eine entsprechende Lizenz aus dem Heimatland verfügen. Die DMSB C Lizenz (einmalig 19€; gesamte Saison: 49€ für ADAC Mitglieder; ansonsten 85€) kann hier erworben werden:

Beifahrer oder Gäste dürfen im Auto mitfahren. Fahrer dürfen unbegrenzt oft gewechselt werden. Es gilt für jeden Fahrer eine Maximal-Fahrzeit von 4 Stunden pro Stint bzw. 8 Stunden Gesamtfahrzeit.
Ladestopps sind nur in der ausgewiesenen Ladezone in der Seestraße erlaubt. Die Anzahl und Dauer der erlaubten Ladestopps ist freigestellt. Jedes Team darf passende Ladeequipment für sein E-Auto mitbringen, darf dieses jedoch nur an den bereit gestellten CEE-Streckern einstecken. Es ist eine maximale Ladegeschwindigkeit von 22 kW vorgegeben. Die Teams haben sicherzustellen dass diese nicht überschritten wird.
Ladegeräte können auch bei der Organisation gemietet werden – näheres siehe unter Teamkategorien.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass eco Grand Prix Veranstaltungen KEINE Veranstaltungen zur Erzielung von Höchstgeschwindigkeiten darstelen. Eco GP ist ein Effizenzwettbewerb! Es werden daher keinerlei Rundenzeiten von der Organisation ausgewertet oder veröffentlicht.
Rund um Schotten 24H Challenge – powered by ecoGP
With a 24h Challenge for purely electrically powered vehicles, the legendary 19km long Schottenring circuit celebrates its resurrection after a 67 years hiatus. Set a distance record over 24h on the legendary track for your vehicle model with your team!
The competition will be run in traffic conditions. All drivers must obey to the applicable speed limits and will be monitored in this regard with GPS technology. Helmets are not allowed. All drivers must have a valid driving license.
Every driver must have a DMSB C license or a corresponding license from the home country. The DMSB C license (one-time €19; whole season: €49 for ADAC members; otherwise €85) can be purchased here:

Passengers or guests are allowed to ride in the car. The number of driver-changes is not limited. A maximum driving time of 4 hours per stint or 8 hours total driving time applies for each driver.
Charging stops are only permitted in the designated charging area in Seestraße. The number and duration of the permitted charging stops is optional. Each team may bring suitable charging equipment for their e-car, but may only plug it into the CEE plugs provided. A maximum charging speed of 22 kW is specified. The teams must ensure that this is not exceeded.

Please note that this eco Grand Prix event is NOT a top speed event. Eco GP is an efficiency competition! Therefore, no lap times will be evaluated or published by the organization.
TEAMKATEGORIEN
BRONZE:
- Rechnung wird auf eine Privatperson ausgestellt.
- DC Lader muss vom Team selbst organisiert werden.

SILBER:
- Rechnung wird auf eine Firma ausgestellt, Privatpersonen können diese Option auch buchen.
- Wir besorgen den DC Lader auf Wunsch gegen einen Aufpreis von 800€ (incl. Transportkosten).
- Startgebühren: 1800€.
GOLD:
- Rechnung wird auf ein Autohaus oder einen Autohersteller ausgestellt, Firmen oder Privat Teams können diese Option auch buchen.
- Wir besorgen den DC Lader (Transportkosten eingeschlossen).
- Wir liefern Daten und Statistiken von der Challenge.
- Hotelzimmer für bis zu 5 Team Mitgliedern inklusive.
- Wir besorgen Ihnen die Race Cards für bis zu 5 Fahrer.
Rundum sorglos Paket, Sie müssen nur mit Ihrem Auto kommen. - Anmeldeschluss abgelaufen – nicht mehr verfügbar.
REGELN IN KURZFORMAT:
- Fahren Sie so viele Runden wie möglich.
- Maximale Ladegeschwindigkeit: 22kW/h.
- Wer mit leerer Batterie liegen bleibt bekommt 1 Runde abgezogen, wenn er es schafft vor Ende des Wettbewerbes die Boxengasse zu erreichen.
- Wenn sie zum Ende des Wettbewerbs vor Erreichen der Boxengasse liegen bleiben, gibt es 2 Runden Abzug.
- Wer in der Boxengasse mehr als 20km/h fährt, bekommt pro zu schnell gefahrenen km 1 Minute Standzeit, Wird oder kann die Standzeit nicht abgesessen werden (Rennende), gibt es eine Runde Abzug pro km.
Das detaillierte Regelwerk wird noch erarbeitet und 4 Wochen vor Rennbeginn veröffentlicht.
TEAM CATEGORIES
BRONZE:
- The invoice is issued to a private person.
- DC charger has to be organized by the team itself.
- Entry fee: €800.
SILVER:
- The invoice is issued to a company; private individuals can also book this option.
- We can get the DC charger on request for an extra charge of €800 (including transport costs).
- Entry fee: €1800.
GOLD:
- The invoice is issued to a car dealership or a car manufacturer, companies or private teams can also book this option.
- We will get the DC charger (including transport costs).
- We provide data and statistics from the challenge.
- Hotel rooms for up to 5 team members included.
- We will get you the Race Cards for up to 5 drivers.
- All-round carefree package, all you have to do is bring your car.
- Not available anymore – registration deadline has passed.
RULES IN A NUTSHELL:
- Drive as many laps as possible.
- Maximum charging speed: 22kW/h.
- If you break down with an empty battery you will get 1 lap deducted in case you manage to reach the pit lane before the end of the competition.
- If you stop at the end of the competition before reaching the pit lane, there will be 2 laps deducted.
- Speed limit-Violation of 10km/h in the pit lane results in 1 minute stop & go per km driven too fast. If the penalty is or cannot be served (end of the race), there is a lap deduction per km.
The detailed rules are still being worked out and will be published 4 weeks before the event.

GENERAL RULES
Only electric vehicles are allowed to start. They have to be homologated for driving on public roads in the country of competition, having valid papers, insurance and car plates with the permit for driving on public roads and highways.
Every car type sets its record on a race track to be beaten by the same car type. Every driver who intends to start in more than one race has to announce it before starting his first race.
All drivers of a winning team will get the same points. The points of all races in one season are added. The ecoGP series winners are the ones who have collected the most points after the last race of the season.
Every competition is having slightly different rules, please visit the dedicated competition pages to download the specific rules.
Points are also distributed to the manufacturers of the cars, so driving any Tesla model will give points to Tesla, same for BMW, Porsche, Kia or any other brand. The manufacturer with the most points will get the trophy handed over officially after the last race of the season.
Starting with the 2022 season, converted cars are allowed to participate in the converted EV class.
