RACE TRACK DESIGN

Czech Ring – powered by ecoGP

Join the first ecoGP 24h electric car race in the Czech Republic! Amazing scenery at a former military airbase between hangars and surrounding airstrip! In one of hangars will be the placed pit lane and depot, where DJ MAU will enjoy us with music. Participants can include a visit to Prague before or after the event. As 3rd October is holiday for Germans, we are planning sunday evening party. In style on eletric ship (charged from floating solar pannels) in Prague city center with possible accomodation at RiverHotel nearby.

Rules in short:
Helmet mandatory, driver age min. 18 years. Unlimited charge stops allowed. Max allowed charging speed 22kW. Shared 32A three phase sockets available. Every team is allowed to bring its own charging equipment. Co-driver or guest are not allowed to drive in the car together with the pilot. Driver changes allowed as many as wanted. No DMSB License C or a corresponding license of the national Motorsport Associations needed.

Czech Ring – poháněno ecoGP

Zapojte se do prvního závodu ecoGP 24h elektromobilů v České republice! Úžasná scenérie na bývalé vojenské letecké základně mezi hangáry a okolní přistávací dráhou! V jednom z hangárů bude umístěna boxová ulička a depo, kde si nás hudbou vychutná DJ MAU. Účastníci mohou zařadit návštěvu Prahy před nebo po akci. Jelikož je 3. říjen v Německu státní svátek, plánujeme také nedělní večerní párty. Stylově na elektrické lodi (nabíjené z plovoucích solárních panelů) v centru Prahy s možností ubytování v RiverHotelu poblíž.

Pravidla ve zkratce:
Povinná přilba, věk řidiče minimálně 18 let. Nejsou omezeny zastávky na nabíjení, pouze je omezena maximální povolená rychlost nabíjení na 22 kW. K dispozici jsou sdílené třífázové zásuvky 32A. Každý tým si může přinést vlastní nabíjecí zařízení. Spolujezdec nebo host nesmí jet ve voze společně s řidičem. Střídání řidičů není omezeno, záleží na domluvě týmu. Není potřeba licence DMSB C nebo odpovídající licence národních asociací motoristického sportu.

TEAM CATEGORIES

BRONZE:

The invoice is issued to a private person.
Two helpers are made available to the organization to cover 8 hours of night shift and 8 hours of day shift to work as a guide or controller.
AC/DC charger has to be organized by the team itself.
Entry fee: € 300 (registration deadline 18.9.2022)

SILVER:

The invoice is issued to a company; private individuals can also book this option.
We can get the DC charger on request for an extra charge of € 800 (including transport costs).
Entry fee: € 900. (registration deadline 15.9.2022)

GOLD:

The invoice is issued to a car dealership or a car manufacturer, companies or private teams can also book this option.
We will get the DC charger (including transport costs).
We provide data and statistics from the race.
Hotel rooms for up to 5 team members included.
Up to 10 ecoGP rental helmets.
All-round carefree package, all you have to do is bring your car.

RULES IN SHORT FORMAT:

Do as many laps as you can.
Charge a maximum of 22kW
If you run out of battery on the race track, including after finish of race before you reach pit lane, you will be deducted 2 laps.
If you drive more than 20 km/h in the pit lane you will get one minute of downtime for every km driven too fast.

BRONZOVÁ:

Poplatek za tým hradí fyzická osoba
Tým vyčlení 2 osoby k dispozici organizátorům, tak aby bylo zajištěno pokrytí 8 hodin noční a 8 hodin denní směny
AC/DC nabíječku si tým zajišťuje sám.
Startovné: 300 € (uzávěrka přihlášek 18.9.2022)

STŘÍBRNÁ:

Poplatek hrazený právnickou osobou, ale tuto možnost si mohou rezervovat i soukromé osoby.
DC nabíječku můžeme získat na vyžádání za příplatek 800 € (včetně nákladů na dopravu).
Startovné: 900 €. (uzávěrka přihlášek 15.9.2022)

ZLATÁ.

Poplatek je hrazený prodejcem nebo výrobcem aut, tuto možnost si mohou rezervovat i firmy nebo soukromé týmy.
DC nabíječku (včetně nákladů na dopravu) dostaneme.
Poskytujeme data a statistiky ze závodu.
Včetně hotelových pokojů až pro 5 členů týmu.
Až 10 přileb k zapůjčení ecoGP.
Všestranný bezstarostný balíček, stačí přivézt auto.

VPRAVIDLA VE ZKRÁCENÉM FORMÁTU:

Zajeďte tolik kol, kolik můžete.
Nabíjejte maximálně 22 kW
Pokud Vám dojde baterie na závodní dráze a to i po skončení závodu, budou Vám odečteny 2 kola.
Pokud pojedete v boxové uličce rychlostí vyšší než 20 km/h, získáte jednu minutu prostoje za každý příliš rychle ujetý km.

GENERAL RULES

Only pure electric standard vehicles are allowed to start. The actual definition of a standard electric vehicle following eco Grand Prix is that it has to have passed the NCAP crash test with 4 Stars minimum or being a mass production car with minimum 500 units per year produced or in the production plan. It has to be homologated for driving at public roads at the country of competition having valid papers, insurance and car plates with the permit on driving on public roads and highways.

Every car type sets it’s record on a race track to be beaten by the same car type. Every starter who intends to start in more than one race has to announce it before starting his first race.

In case a car is coming from a nation not being in the 2020 GP POINT FACTOR list the stewards will define the home race following the distance from his home to the race track. Check the table to see when points are counting double. The points of all races of one season are added.

All drivers of a winning team will get the same points. Winners are the ones who have most of the points collected after the last race for their car category and the ones having most points in the overall category.

NEW:
Points are also distributed to the manufacturers of the cars so driving a Tesla whatever Model will give points to Tesla, same for BMW, Porsche, Kia or whatever brand. The manufacturer with most points will get the trophy handed over officially after the last race of the season.

Cars not being standard under no circumstances can join this competition.
