Circuit de Calafat – powered by ecoGP
Enjoy the unique Formula E test track with a view to the seaside. At this track Rafael de Mestre organized the first eco Grand Prix back in 2013. Follow the roots of electric car racing at mild Mediterranean temperatures. Due to the technology improvement cars can make the track without any kind of charge stop and because we want all cars to be able to win, we adapted the rules for this race. All cars will start with a battery charged not more than 10kW. The max. allowed charging speed will be 11 kW/h. Because of the short distance, one team can start with one driver only. Anyway, unlimited charge stops and driver changes are allowed.
A helmet is mandatory and can be rented with prior notice for EUR 10 at the racetrack. The driver age should be min. 18 years. Every team is allowed to bring its own charging equipment. Co-driver or guest are not allowed to drive in the car together with the pilot, only exception is the introduction lap driving behind the safety car.

Circuit de Calafat – powered by ecoGP
