ENGLISH

The helmet is mandatory. Driver age min. 18 years. Two drivers per team minimum. Unlimited charge stops are allowed.

Every team has to bring its own charging equipment. Battery buffering is not allowed. Max allowed charging speed 22kW.

No co-driver or guest allowed to drive in the car together with the pilot. Driver changes are allowed as many as wanted.

Kids eco Grand Prix remote control competition for kids from 5 to 12 years.

For private teams no car sticker or promotion on the shirt is allowed except for the official sponsors or logos from Eco Grand Prix, any kind of brands on tools or drinks used have to be covered by white stickers or stickers of eco Grand Prix sponsors.

Starting fees:

position 1 to 3 reserved for company teams.
company team fee €900 plus €25 per driver.
private team fee €200 plus €25 per driver.
sponsored private team €350 plus €25 per driver.
pole and second position prices on request.

4 PM: Technical inspection
7 PM: Guided lap on the racetrack for all drivers
8 PM: Start of eco Grand Prix Alès
12 PM: Marshal shift change

4:30 AM: Marshal shift change
5:00 AM: Restart of eco Grand Prix
9:00 AM: Finish of eco Grand Prix
9:30 AM: Distribution of the participation diplomas
13:15 Lunch at Guinguette Alès Plage (optional – please confirm)

FRANÇAIS

Règles générales:
Âge du conducteur min. 18 ans.

Deux pilotes minimum par équipe, pas de maximum. Changements de pilotes autant que souhaités.

Les arrêts pour charger sont illimités.

Chaque équipe doit apporter son propre équipement de charge (câbles, adaptateurs). La mise en mémoire tampon de la batterie n’est pas autorisée. Vitesse max de charge 22kW.

Sécurité:
Aucun co-pilote ou invité autorisé dans la voiture sur le circuit.

Casque obligatoire, merci d’amener le votre, sinon 15 € la location au circuit Pôle Mécanique.

Frais de départ:

positions 1 à 3 réservés aux équipes d’entreprise.
frais d’inscription équipe d’entreprise 900€ plus 25€ par pilote.
frais d’inscription équipe privée 200€ plus 25€ par pilote.
frais d’inscription équipe privée sponsorisée 350€ plus 25€ par pilote.

Pour les équipes privées, aucun autocollant voiture ou promotion sur le maillot n’est autorisé, à part les logos associations, les sponsors officiels ou les logos d’Eco Grand Prix.

Tout type de marque sur le matériel utilisé doit être recouvert d’autocollants blancs ou autocollants des sponsors d’Eco Grand Prix.

Pour les équipes privées sponsorisée, uniquement les logos des petits commerçants sont autorisées et maximum 2 par voiture (pas de grandes marques ou constructeurs auto).

EcoGP 4kids:
Concours de voitures télécommandées (ecoGP 4 kids) pour enfants de 5 à 12 ans.

GENERAL RULES

Only pure electric standard vehicles are allowed to start. Every car type sets its record on a racetrack to be beaten by the same car type. Every driver who intends to start in more than one race has to announce it before starting his first race.
The stewards will define the home race following the distance from his home to the racetrack. Points won abroad in the international series will count double. The points of all races in one season are added.

All drivers of a winning team get the same points. Winner are the ones who have the most points collected after the last race for their car category and the ones having the most points in the overall category.
